Hello Ford Forum Friends,
I recently purchased a '98 Explorer with starting problems.
1. Brought battery and alternator into O'Reilly to be tested and they both are good.
2. New terminals.
3. Just installed a starter from the truck dismantling place and still slow crank.
4. I did voltage test at battery posts goes from 12 volts to 7 volts right when I try and crank the motor.
What can it be ???
