thanks good to meet you.....do u have any advice on my issiue

With only 25,000 miles there shouldn't be any stress on it at all. Check the tires for rot, rotors for severe rusting since it sat a couple of years and change all the fluids and you should be good to go.

Is it the 4.0 V6 or 5.0 V8 AWD?

thanks its a v6 awd and i will check those things out i havent bought it yet but the guy is holding it for me i have big plans for but i would like to make shure its solid befor i do anything to it ....do u have any knowledge of any parts that r known to be the first to break on moutaineers or that r week that could be renforced to prevent future damage

do u got pics of the mounty that u might be getting

The Mountainner is the same exact vehicle as an Explorer. Your profile says you have a '98 XLT.
