1999 FORD EXPLORER 4.0 NO SPARK

If you see that the red wire powing everything has an intermittent voltage then maybe there's an ignition switch or a ground wire issue. Did you manually jump the red wire directly to the battery to bypass the vehicle's wiring to get constant 12 volts? Try this, then check all of the places where there should be 12 volts. If everything checks out okay then try to start it. It should start assuming that all of the sensors, coil pack coils, computer, and the fuel pump are working.
