1999 mountaineer towing hook up

I'm having an issue with the towing hook up on my 1999 mountaineer. I was towing my boat last night and I lost running lights and the right side turn signal and brake lights. I checked the fuse panel and found the right side fuse, 7.5 amp, was blown. I replaced it and got back my right side turn and brake but lost the left side. Still no parking lights. Is there a wiring hookup "converter" in the harness, perhaps in the back jack storage well? Anybody know?

It's probably in behind the drivers side tail light. That's generally where they are.
