this was the first day i had it. I decided to try out the 4WD, since i had never driven anything with it. I had ridden in a buddy's explorer and it seemed like nothing could stop it........yeah.........

these are from the side of the road, before I bought it.

look at those tiny 215/75/R15's makes me want to cry

This is what it looks like now. I swapped in a new bumper, added the brushguard and bug gaurd, installed a KKM intake, changed the rims, added 31's, put in a grill a made myself, and a bunch of other stuff I don't feel like typing.

And this is why I cant stop worth crap in the rain.
That's the rear line that's disconnected. That's the line with ABS.

really hope I never have to use this.

It also had no headlight switch, so i took a .22 cal bullet (about 30 fell out of the door panel when i put in new speakers) out of it's shell and glued the shell on the shaft in place of the knob.

These were shot last night. This is the driveway that my mom's minvan and sister's tempo have to drive in as well. We got alot of rain, and the gravel didn't hold up at all.

This is the first vehicle I've really liked, and I plan on keeping it for a long time to come.
Tell me what you think, good or bad, and what I should do with it next

i like it the grill looks nice im almost tempted to get an explorer as a dd but gas would kill me

yea i know my bro has a 92 sport and im picking one up next weekend to build a race truck needs a new tranny...we'll see how that goes

hey how did u make the grill for it i want to make one and put some lights in it like a gt-500

not gonna be alot of help here, but i'll get some better pics of it so you can maybe figure something out.

i found it in the bed of a truck at the junkyard. It was about a foot wider and half a foot taller, and had a curve to it. I just cut it to fit and made up some brackets to hold it in place. the brackets were the worst part, i'll get some pics of them for you.

looks good.. got any plans for the future?

well your windows are clear so if you ever have them tinted, you won't have that horrible mirror tint in the rear and black in the front, like those of us that have stock tinted windows unfortunately have. I'd say go for a body lift, coil spacers and shackles with 31's or 33's.

asked for a front hitch for X-mas, so I'll have somewhere to put a winch. I'm also gonna work on making a new rear bumper. Also, I've still got factory 3.55 gears, so 4.10's are on my to-do list.

I played around with some wal-mart tint, but never got around to finishing it. I like having as much visibility as possible, so I may never get around to it. I ave some coil spacers and lift shackles, but i'm having trouble getting the leaf spring bolts out. I've got a PA 2" lift, but I'm not sure if I want to put it on or not. Most people who have them on here want them off. Then again, I am in SC, where just about every truck has at least 2" of body lift, if not 4 or 5.

Also got some mud tires on the back, gonna do a review when I get the time.

4 or 5 inch body lift?????? I didnt know that they made b/l's that high.

well, they (meaning companies) dont but they (those people in south carolina...well, and georgia) do ;)

5inch body lift?? wow thatd be weird

oh and gap gaurds are apparently a big no-no for those trucks. It's like a right of passage, to be able to crawl between the frame and the bottom of the bed

congrats on the new rig... IMO the 1st order of business would be to re-plumb the rear brake hardlines so you can get the rear brakes back on-line. Running with just the fronts sucks @$$ with a stock vehicle and will be magnified with any additional lift you get... :nono:
