I like the large 1st gen seats with the extender for your legs. I will assume that they are in the 93 or 94 XLT. They were also used in the mustang gt or very similar to them. Will they fit in my 96? If not what would you recommend?

The seat betls changed some too.. When I put those 2nd gen Mounty seats in our '92 xlt (which had those leg bolsters) I had to use my old seat belt (female side).

edit: Almost forgot.. The wires were different colors and had a different connector too. Also, on our '92 XLT the passenger seat was power also. The 2nd gen seats I got only the drivers seat was power.

My 96 has those leg extenders.. my 91 does not. they are both XLT's there were different seats in the 1st gens.. I seen power seats. I would think that most all explorer seats are swappable.

'95 and '96 had leg extenders. During '97 they went to static fronts with no extenders...

My '96 XLT has them, leather, power, extenders. but mine is as fully loaded as you can get without going to an Eddie Bauer.
