It's not too tough, you will need a basic set of tools, some jack stands, and a floor jack...It took me about 3 hrs total, but, I have been messing with these things for a day or two..
When you get the kit, you also want to order the camber adjusters..
also, once you do the lift, it will have to be took in for an alignment..
For the coil spring, you will need a 1 1/8" socket, 15 mm socket, 14 mm wrench, and 18 mm wrench and socket...
For the rear....I basic set of metric sockets, a hacksaw, and a Large C-clamp...
Also, pick-up a bottle of brake fluid...
The front lines need to be taken loose from the caliper, you will lose some fluid and have to bleed the brakes...
For the front, Jack and set on stand that is positioned on the frame, just behind the wheel well...Remove the wheel...Remove the LOWER sway bar bolt...remove the lower shock nut..Remove the brakeline from the caliper...
Next, with a long extention and the 1 1/8 socket, remove the ciol spring keeper nut..
once the nut is loose, you can "spin" the coil spring out of the top..
To reinstall the new spring, you may need another person to apply down pressure to the axle.."spin the new spring into the top and reverse the order above.
For the rear..set vehicle on stands, just in front of the forward spring hanger..remove the swaybar bolts from the frame, remove the lower shock bolt..Loosen the U-bolts...
Next, jack the axle up til it clears the spring, cut the old eyebolt off...position the new spring/2nd from the bottom..
Carefully tighten the C-clamp on the spring til it is drawn tight...
place new eyebolt in...tighten until all springs are drawn tight..
reverse the order above...
GOOD LUCK...
BTW...This is from memory, if you encounter something I did not cover, just ask...
