Long story short I had a 99 explorer 4x4 and unfortunately hit a patch of ice and rolled in in a ditch but was able to walk away. I am looking at 2000 ford explorer that has only 54,000 mi on it but is rear wheel drive and wondering how hard or extensive it would be to convert it to 4x4 being that I do have all the parts in stock from my old one. It is still able to run and drive, but the body is a little mangled. So if anyone could be nice and give me some insight on this.
