Is there a easy way to disconnect the ABS system. I pulled the No.14 fuse but that also disconnected the speedometer. I would like to still have the speedometer working.
Reason for disconnect was the pedal was falling just before a complete stop. When the fuse was pulled the brakes now work fine.

Just disconnect one of the sensors and it will remove the abs problem but give you the warning light.

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the stock 95-01 section. Disconnecting the ABS module will get rid of the ABS light, but it's better to solve the problem than "sweep it under the rug". Do you have an ABS light with codes? Did you clean the wheel sensors?

This makes no sense at all. :thumbdwn:

I think you've masked a problem which might bite you in the a$$ a little later.
