Long story short, I had major warranty work done at Ford in Tulsa, Oklahoma in September 2023. When I picked up, my engine light was on. Couldn't go back because I was having surgery the next day. On top of that, we had to move back to MN. Anyways, I just replaced the oil on the Explorer and noticed it burned a quart of oil since the repairs were completed. If I let the car idle too long, it burns oil so when I accelerate after idling too long, smoke comes out of the exhaust. The code comes back P04DB and showing "Crankcase Ventilation system Disconnected". I personally replaced the PCV Valve but still didn't fix the issue. I disconnected the PCV hose connected and cleaned, that didn't fix the issue.
What could it be? Is there a Crankcase sensor I can pull out and clean? I can't find any related info on the internet other than replace the PCV hose.
