K i think these are the upgraded alloy rims on a 2000 explorer? please tell me if im right

Those are the same rims on my '01 Sport, and they're 15"s Not 16"s.

Yeup, those are 15x7 wheels with 4.5" backspacing

Back space is the distance between the rim of the wheel and the wheel hub.

I was also wondering about my tires. 99' Sport Stock. I am pretty sure I have the stock rims, but the tires are P255/70R16, Goodyear Conquest AT. They seem to have more tread than a normal street tire, can anyone tell me if these are the stock tires?

Those did come stock on some Explorers, especially some Sports.

Stock size for 16" rims, not stock tires.
