2000 Explorer Eddie Bauer Electrical Ghosts

Friend of mine has one of these vehicles.

Other day teh windows stopped working, then a day later they worked.

Then the overhead lights stopped.
Sunroof stopped working.
Guages work sometimes.

What's wrong ?

Is there a fuse guide-diagram that shows what fuse is for what ?

Check grounds too - fixed my bizarre electrical issues. Good luck
