hi i just purchased this truck for my daughter and it has these hid lights on it. i tried to go through my local inspection station and the headlights wouldn't go to high beams, only low beam so i took it to the part store and they said it had a conversion kit for the hid light and it was a single bulb. i don't know anything about hid light and want to know the cheapest way i can get my truck through inspection. oh btw it failed the headlight part because it wouldn't goto high beam. thanks
