welcome mine has the same problem everyone on here told me its the fuse and i havent had time to check but i got a horn from an 00 explorer. I havent installed it yet but i am just worried if it was the fuse i dunno what i am going to do with the horn from an 00 explorer.
Welcome to this forum! The clockspring has fine contacts that break or bend after a while. It's located inside of the steering column. Sam, you posted this question in another thread, and I suggested that it was the clockspring, and not a fuse: http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=228901
