2000 Explorer passenger side wheel

On my 2000 Explorer my front pasenger side wheel makes noise when in motion. Is this a hub assembly gone bad?

What kind of noise? That could mean anything...
 






It is a roaring noise like something is rubbing constantly. I happens at any speed.
 






turning, straight?
 






The nosie is there if I am turning or not. There is also a vibration on take-off.
