2000 Explorer XLT

Is there a thread on how to replace speakers in a 2000 XLT? I have found a few threads none have really answerd my questions. The door has power windows and locks. I've looked all around the door and havent found any screws. Im hoping I can just pop off the speaker grill, but am really looking for a "step-by-step"

You have to remove the two screws behind the door pull handle deals. Then pull the panel off. Its held on by those ribbed plunger dealios. So just start at the bottom, stick something between the door and plastic to wedge it out.. then slowly start pulling. If you look behind the paneling you can see the plungers holding it on. Just get your screw driver (be careful) right near one of those and pry. This is what I do at least.

i suggest going to autozone or whatever and geting a dealio...i mean door panel removal tool. they look like a screwdriver with a mini-crowbar/hammer claw at the end. i've yet to break a dealio with mine...i broke plenty before i got one. if you're careful, you can also use this to remove interior panels and stuff to mount amps, etc. just beware you don't scratch everything!!
