2000 Ranger OHV Engine into 95 XLT

I got a really good deal on a 4.0 OHV motor from a ranger. What am I looking at is to put this into my 95 xlt?

Now the 2000 motor dosnt have and EGR setup, so IM assuming I would need to use mine, but I think the exhasut manifolds dont fit?

Any help on this would be great
