2000 ranger xlt front shocks

Hi folks,

New guy on the forum who dabbles in performing basic maintenance on my 2000 Ranger XLT with coil suspension.

I would like to replace the front shocks (already did the rear). Anybody know of a free video or guide for changing front shocks. Just need to know if there are any "gotchas". Not sure where to access the top of the shock. Do you go in through the mud guard at the wheel well or in from the top inside the hood?

I went through the mud guard when replacing my front shocks, and it's a pretty straight forward job and shouldn't take you all that long to do.
