2000 V8 towing package - what's included?

Looking at buying a 2000 5.0 Eddie Bauer 2wd with 78k for approx $4500. I wanted to get some feedback on two area from you guys. It is in very good condition / clean but will need tires this year at some point.

First, is this a decent deal? I know the market on these is low right now due to gas prices, but I love my current 96 5.0...this seems like too good a deal to pass up.

Second, I'll be doing some towing. And there isnt a hitch on it now. My research says that "Trailer Towing now standard on 5.0L equipped XLT Sport/Eddie Bauer/Limited models"
What exactly does the "standardTrailer towing" give me? Cooler, wiring? I can probably swap my hidden hitch from the 96 as I think it will bolt up..

Generally, an auxiliary trans cooler, heavy duty battery, on some models/years a heavy duty alternator, trailer hitch, sometimes heavy-duty shocks, and trailer light wiring.

That's about it...
