What's included in the 'Towing Package' ? (2001 XLT)

After looking over some of the paperwork for the 2001 XLT, V-6, 4WD, that I bought awhile back, I noticed it has the 'towing package' listed.

What all is included in that package ? I think it includes:

4.10 axle ratio
trailer wiring plug
tranny cooler (in front of radiator), or iw that something
else ?

Anything else included ?

The 4.10 axle is also a limited slip.

Sounds like everything to me, but I think it makes no sence that they don't include a class III hitch in there as well. I wouldn't trust the bumper hitch.
