The brake light on the dash does not come on at all... ive checked the fuses and bulb, they are both look good.... I am at a loss any help would be great. Thanks
The switch down at the parking brake seems to fail often (or at least get dirty). You can clean it without removing it and you should be able to see it just by poking your head down by the brake pedal.

this switch provides the ground connection for the "BRAKE" light. if the parking brake pedal is not 100% up, the BRAKE light will come on and, as stated, it's a bit finicky because it get's dirty. spray a little WD40 on it and exercise it a few times to free it up. you might also need to run a piece of fine sand paper through the switch to make a good connection, although if it's turning on the brake light, the connection is fine (a little too good). if this isn't the problem you might be low on brake fluid.
