2000 XLT power steering lines??? for an amature

What tool would i use to take off and put on the power steering return and pressure lines on the rack? Box wrenches dont fit the angle. Or am i not seeing something do i have to take off anything on the rack

I use a flare nut crow's foot, about the only way to get anything on it.

Thanks I'll go buy one, i saw them at sears a whole bag for $75 for only metric. Atleast i know i can use them.
