2000ish mountaineer grille & headlights on a 96 X????

I like the way the headlights look on the mountaineer, and I am looking into ordering an HID kit.... The mountaineer's housing have the crystal cut housings and would produce a cleaner (not perfect but better than the factory gen2 X housing) light patern with the HID's. I would buy the explorer crystal cut housings but I'm not sure on the quality of them and I'm not a fan of the projector lens look. Question: What would need to be removed off my X and put on from a Mountaineer in order to make happen? Obviously the headlights and grill must go, but what about the header pannel, fenders, and radiator support? Would they interchange? I am just looking for some input/information on this as it is just a thought.... Anyone ever done this? Any pics?

A whole lot of people have done this conversion. Expo5.0 is one off the top of my head. From what I remember this is not a bolt-in swap. The header panel does need to be swapped as well. I'll search.
