Just curious...

My 2001 Ford Explorer Sport, creeks every single time, when I go over any sort of bump in the road, or when I stop at a light, and accelerate, if the weight of the truck shifts up and down or left and right...

I would say its a mid-range squeak/creek.

I'm wondering if its a shock problem? Or a Ball joint/Torsion problem?

Most likely your ball joints are going bad. Mine is now starting to do it and you can definitely see some wear 'n tear. And my fiancées limited is so bad is squeaks at every little thing (trying to get it fixed now). I believe there is a thread on here on how to change them out and what tools you need. I just have to find it or maybe an experienced member can help or enter in their advice. I'm just going off personal experience here. Hope this helps.

have them checked, but also look into the sway bars enhd links and bushings, and also you might need to wash the suspension and lube it, you might not even need to replace anything, if joints and bushings are fine, wash and lube.
