2001 explorer Sport AIC Valve(4L SOHC) Where?

I have been having problems with me 2001 explorer idleing erraticly and a whining sound. From reading other postins I have figured it might be the AIC Valve. There was a peice on how to clean the Valve on the 4L OHC but it looks totally different than the SOHC that I have. Can anyone help me on this issue?

You have to remove the black plastic "SOHC" shroud on top of the engine. Will find the IAC underneath.
