2001 sport brake problems

having problems with front brakes and rotors.I installed new front brakes and rotors about 4 months ago at some point I started getting pulsating through pedal so I got the parts house to give me new brakes and rotors I installed 2 weeks ago and now I notice that there is slight pulsating and there are light scores in new rotors allready. the rotors were $26.00 a each which seemed really cheap. could they be defects? or maybe could the parts house have given me either the wrong rotors or brakes? cant figure out why this is happening .
any suggestions app.

the 01+ sports share the front rotors with the sport tracs. they are .75inches bigger then the 95-01 explorers. it could be that you got the wrong rotors.
