2001 Sport Clear Corners

I Installed them today and it has no where close to the amount of light coming out of it that I have seen from these others 2001+ sporters have installed. I am using the factory blubs but, different blubs came with the clear corners, but they look exactly the same as the factory ones. I was thinking about painting the bulb silver before I installed it, but now I am second guessing because there is already minnimal light coming out of the corners as it is. Did any of you guys do anything different?

i havn't had any problems at all, maybe you have a wiring problem or the light is just a piece of crap and its tinted wrong, your guess is as good as mine

Do you have any pictures? Are they dirty, foggy, or darker? That really sux. I know how much you have been looking forward to getting them!

all i did was take off the old corners and put on the clears, they seem alot brighter than they were, to me anyways... but i dont see why it wouldnt light up as much.... like InS0mNiAc said maybe it is the bulb, try the other bulb they sent you see if that helps any

I will take a night picture when it gets dark out tonight and then I will take a day picture tomorrow... I really can not wait for my grille to get here!!!! I am sooooo excited! AND THESE CLEAR CORNERS LOOK AMAZING!!!

I got the same corners as you Enforcer, Mine where fine with the stock bulbs, But did not like the yellow so i painted the stock bulbs silver they look much better. I just kept the ones that came with the lens for spares. Make sure you post pics with the new grill. which one are you getting, I was looking at the one from JBM , are you getting a lower grill as well.

Yeah top and lower mesh grille, the one from NaplesBill's old Sport. The grille is not in yet, he just mailed it about 2-3 days ago. I will try to have the pictures up by tomorrow.
