Adjustable Camber Bolt Alignment Install

Finally got the ST in for an alignment today. I was enthusiastically thanked for the alignment bolts.

They were pretty straight forward, just wish I had installed them while I was replacing my ball joints.:banghead:

1. Make sure you change one bolt at a time. this keeps the control arms aligned in their saddles and the bolt holes aligned.
2. When installing each bolt, do them in this order:
Bolt head, large adjustable washer, small washer, control arm, small washer, large adjustable washer, nut. According to 2 different techs.
3. The only issues were removing 2 of the old bolts due to the welded on alignment plates. Just turn them a half tun when sliding out to get around piping and hoses.

I found a complete 2004 wheel but unfortunately the connections are all different. My ST is an '01.

New Cruise switches, tires, and LED light

So the last couple of months have been a bit busy and the ST was neglected.
Therefore this week I felt it needed some love.
This included:
12' led light bar under the bumper
New battery
Polish and wash
Interior detailed
265/75r16s Cooper Zeon LTZ
Conditioned leather again- It was so dry!

Looking Awesome!! It is amazing how awesome it looks now after just some elbow grease. I have pretty much been doing the same thing as you have on my red sport trac. Next thing I am going to knock out is painting the grey plastic black as it makes it so much better.

I'm definitely following this, I just started on my birthday present from my wonderful wife, an 01' and knowing me, she bought the first one she found.. knowing regardless of its condition I'd restore it.. I'm happy she found us the '01 because this year she becomes a classic ;)

So easily put some idiot ran a timing chain guide failure to complete cam loss.. So while tearing down the motor, I'm taking pictures and keeping an eye on restoration ideas..

Love the body mount and front suspension updates, and as of now I do not know the condition of the trans.. I'm planning on starting a thread, and if anyone is interested let me know, I'll post the link..
