2001 X-Sport rear bumper color (grey)

Was wondering if there is touch-up paint available for the primer grey looking rear bumper for the sports? Maybe a paint code?

Truck in question is a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport-

I'm in the same situation and found this:

SEM Bumper Coat - Ford Sport Trac Gray

Part # 38533

Although it's listed for the Sport Trac, I saw an '03 Sport bumper repainted with this and it was an "exact" match.

The SEM explorer sport trac grey is discontinued 38533, I took a part off the bumper and brought it to the paint shop and picked another sem color close to it, not an exact match but close enough and no more rusty spots. I think the 2001 was one of the first water based and it did not hold up very well.
