2002 b2300 no start;

hello;
first time post here. 2002 b2300 cranks but no start. was left by other to sit in haiku maui for about a year.
air filter was soooooo old it had melted into dry leaves in the air box.
i tested and cleaned the iac and found a big piece of air filter materiel behind the iac in the air manifold.
and in the air ducting. cleaned the maf sensor. new battery. no start. will run with starter fluid.
no whirring in tank.
but i have no owner's manual and even on the net can't find fuse/relay diagrams to match the truck.
i think i need to confirm power to the pump. the pump is expensive and access under the truck bed so i need to be really sure before i try to replace it.
any help greatly appreciated.

Fuel pump would be a good place to start. See if theres a labeled fuse for it in the engine bay fuse panel. Pull it and check if the blades look clean or corroded. Try swapping it out with a neighboring fuse of the same amps.
