2002 explorer idle shaking

My 2002 explorer just started shaking while idling. Then when you push the gas it almost sputers a little bit. Higher rpms i dont notice. Just at idle and very low speeds. Any suggestions?

I had a dirty IAC and when very cold out, it wouldn't really hold idle. After about 15 minutes of driving, the motor would come to life and run normal again.

If that's not the problem, then either new plugs/wires (4.0) or new plugs or COPs (4.6). Could be the MAF sensor too.

More info on motor and the issue will help narrow down possible causes.
