I have a 2002 Explorer 4.0 with 179K miles. The engine will crank. There is spark, but NO fuel Pressure. Installed brand new Fuel Pump and filter. No power getting to pump relay. Have no idea what to check for next. Has anyone had this issue?

No blown fuses and the inertia switch checks out just fine. I'm Completely stumped! For what ever reason there is no power getting to the the pump relay. The relay is new as well. There are no DTC's and no Theft lite on. Everything else checks out. WTF?

Update:
I put a switch in place of the relay to power the pump directly. The pump works fine and I'm able to start the truck just fine, however, there is no voltage at the input side of the relay socket. In other words, the PCM is NOT latching the relay as it should. So now I need to track down a wiring diagram and try to perform a continuity test on the wire to see if it's broken, a corroded connection, or if the PCM is simply not send a voltage to energize the relay.

My wife explore was having the same symptoms. dealer replace the module fuel pump, is in the rear of you vehicle, parts are about 120 dollar.
