2002 Explorer - Power window motor disconnect

Anyone know how to disconnect the power window motor? I've removed the door panel/bolts, etc. but there are two cable connections that I am unfamiliar with. How do these disconnect so I can remove the motor?

It looks like some kind of cable tensioner...
