2002 explorer stuck in 4wd

i have a 2002 ford explorer,its continous in 4 wheel what could be the problem?I have changed the transfercase 2 times thinking that was the problem,any solution??.....

it may be an auto 4wd setup,,

what do the dash switches for the 4wd say on them ?
