Just had a front end alignment/tire rotation completed on my 2020 EXT 4X4. Prior to the alignment the vehicle pulled a little to the right. Drove it for two days to check it out the vehicle and it still pulls right. Had the rshop recheck it this morning and all the settings for the alighnment are correct. The vehicle has never been wrecked, runs graet except the alignment issue. The only thing I have not doe is rebalace the tires. Any thoughts/commenmts would be appreciated.

Rotate the tires from left to right and see what happens. Don't wast time and $$ on balancing tires, ballance will not cause a pull.

All ready moved the tires, no difference in the pull.

Possibility exists that a brake caliper on one side is not releasing adequately, allowing a slight drag on that side, causing the "pull".

Raise front wheels off the ground, manually turn each one to check this out. If both sides turn with about equal effort, it is likely that the alignment people may not be checking the "split" function for the caster setting.

Caster angle must be as nearly identical for both wheels as possible, in order to avoid "pull". This is why Ford provided the option of making minor "split" adjustment, to bring both sides into identical caster values. imp

Im having this same exact issue on my 05. Tires are not wearing unevenly either.

Here are the caster values they set; left front +4,2, right front is -4.6 leaving a split value of -0.4. I was told these are w/in factory allowances for the casters. I assume this is what you met by split casters. The camber setting for both wheels was -0.7. The left toe was -0.04 and the right toe +0.02. I will check the calipers tomorrow. Thanks for your suggestion.
