2002 mercury mountianeer

Seeking information on what could be the cause of a grinding noise in the frontend of my mountineer when I accelerate while turning.
Any information would be great.

It sounds like the wheel bushing, I had to get a shop to change mine out a few months ago. It started grinding when I turned then it got worst after awhile and it did it when I was going strait.

You may want to check the wheel bearings. We carry the replacement wheel hub assemblies on our website www.1aauto.com if you end up having to replace them. Hope this helps you out.
