I have a 2002 Explorer XLS. On the way to work this morning, the passenger side window started making a funny noise and then slowly went down by itself. It no longer works. I took the door panel off and noticed that one of the cables for the Power motor was broken. Also, there is no power going to the power window motor when I hit the switch. (The lock is off) It is FREEZING outside and I have to use the vehicle for work. How difficult is it to replace the power window cable and if you can provide any help explaining how to replace the cable would be greatly appreciated. Also, any ideas why there is no power going to the motor?
