2002 rear end sits lower and is leaning to one side

Hello all my 2002 explorer 4x4 xlt seems to sit lower than all the other explorers i see on the road that are the same year what is wrong? Also i just noticed tonight that the rear end on the passenger side seems to be leaning toward the passenger side. What is causing this? Thank U

check the shocks, they may be blown.....
