installed aluminum housing . those freeze plugs do they have coolant behind em ? This block at the drivers back has what looks like a triangle with 3 bolt holes for maybe
a thermostat . maybe changed mind ... anyway thinking should I replace ? Truck has 200k change knock sensor ?. In the process of doing timing guides.
The heads are symmetrical I believe so the triangle casting is there
No coolant behind those
Plugs you will just see the jack shaft (where camshaft used to be) under there if you remove them. No need to replace the freeze plugs just fyi
They are not holding back fluid except some splashing oil
