2002 xls broken rear wheel studs

Help...
New user...I have 4 broken rear wheel lug bolts, I can loosen them from the hub but cant remove them.
Can I pull the hub out a few inches to get them out and insert the new ones.?
Is this a major job?

Welcome to this forum! Wheel studs are pressed in. They have splines holding them in place. You will need a punch, and a hammer to remove them. I would recommend replacing all of them if you are replacing 4 out of 5 studs. Torque the stud to 100 Ft/Lbs when you reinstall the wheels.
