2002 XLS Fog Lights

I recently purchased a 2002 XLS that does not have fog lights. I am interested in adding fog lights, anyone have any suggestions or pictures of current installations?

I was originally going to mount fogs in the tow hook holes in the front, but I want to add a brush guard at some point...so I am just gonna wait and put driving lights on the guard.

I have tow hooks in the tow hook slots and don't want to lose those, and I want to maintain as professional appearance as possible since this vehicle is also used as an emergency response vehicle.
