2002 xlt 4.6 swap

Im looking at a 2003 mercury marquis to swap out my 4.6 in my xlt.Does any one know if this is feasible without too much hassle and if the engines are interchangeable.......thnx

The explorer is an aluminum block where as everything else is an iron block. The motor mount bolt holes are different and need a bit of modifying to work.
