2003 4.0L throwing P0136 & P0138

My '03 Explorer has been intermittently showing the Check Engine light over the past 2 weeks, I had the codes pulled and they were P0138 & P0136, the O2 circuit for bank 1 sensor 2. I checked on here for steps to replace that O2 sensor without any luck, is it something I can do myself? I didn't find anything on here relating to P0138, anyone else experience this and have any advice? Thanks!

I haven't done it myself but it looks easy from looking at the O2 sensors and reading my Haynes Manuel. I believe there are 4 sensors. You may want to pick up a Haynes Manuel. They are worth there money in gold. There pretty much like taking a spark plug out as far as I can see. Good Luck.
