2003 4.0litre intermittent/slow start issues

Hello Everyone,
Little help please.
186,000 miles. Owner since 2010. Regular maintenance.
Previous month or so vehicle has lost its usually quick cold startup. Seemed to hesitate. Later in the day after use it is normal again.
Battery was a right at recommended replacement date.
Now has AC delco 850CCA. Cold Starts better and still not with the same zip as previous.
Alternator check is fine. No visible frayed cables/connectors.
Checked ect sensor and primed pump in case of that. No change.

Any thoughts?
Vehicle is very well maintained since 2010.

I'd start with battery cables
Check for Corrosion
Test them you can find out how on the forums
Next I would switch to the ground on the starter itself
Check it over clean it up
