2003 Explorer Sport Door Issue

Hi all! I have a 2003 explorer thats having door issues on both sides. Neither my driver's side nor passenger side doors will open. I can unlock them with the key but that's it and now i cannot gain access to the interior of the vehicle. Anyone have any suggestions on getting the doors open?

Does the rear gate or gate window open?

Nope, the rear hasn't been able to open in years with a key. If i unlock the doors using the unlock on the door panel, then i can open the gate and gate window but i cant do it with just the key

I you say you can "unlock" the doors with the key, but cant open them, It doesn't sound like they are actually unlocking then.

so i guess "unlock" is the wrong word then. I can see the lock moving up and down as if it truly was working and i can lift the door handle but the door wont open. Its like the latch in the door is stuck somehow

Is the battery fully charged up?

Yup, its a brand new battery.
