2003 Ford explorer xls lighting!!!

i have been wanting to upgrade my headlights to feature hid technologies and halo lighting incorporated into the headlights them selves. Idk where to look for any kinda of headlight that is completely put together already. Everything i have found has to be put together by hand i was just wondering if there is anything out there that will fit my explorer that incorporates everything im looking for or im just outta luck. Any help would be great.

I have an 03 and the item you posted only goes up to an 01 . is there no mods for an 03 because i have yet to find anything for 02 or 06 then after 06 there is at least something that looks half way decent.
