2003 Mountaineer V8 AWD Fogs w/ highbeams mod??

does anyone have instructions to do the Fogs w/ highbeams mod on a 2003 Mountaineer V8 AWD?

i have done the mod on WRX, STI's, and a Jeep Liberty, but i dont see any info on how to do this on this model year Moutaineer. my brother in-law needs this mod on his truck, the lighting is terrible.

Just look at the 10th post under this one for the "Fog Lamp MOD"
I just cut one leg off of Relay # 2 and it took me all of 30 seconds
to do this MOD...
