2003 Sport 4x4 manual

Hey all,
I'm going to look at an 03 sport XLS 4x4 5spd manual 68,000k tomorrow. Do they have the option for 4.0 OHV or 4.0 SOHC? Solid rear axle or independent rear suspension? Anything in particular to watch out for? What Vin #'s to look for the engine type?

It's the sohc motor, the ohv was discontinued after the 2000 model year. It will have a solid rear axle, as it is still basically a 2nd gen explorer underneath.
