So nothing special, was driving too get gas, pulled into station and my radio turns off, and gauge cluster freezes.

Was playing music, and what not 20 sec before just fine.

It still drives and everything, but power windows dont work and radio/ cluster is off.

So i start checking fuses under drivers dash...see nothing out the ordinary, than i check under hood and find one blown:

Number 15

So i went go an unused one from under dash and replaced it , but it blew immediately

What could cause this?

?

There's a short circuit somewhere. If fuse 15 is connected to the
interior lights, I'd suspect one of the door switches for the interior
lights is shorting to the body...that is if you were opening the door
when the fuse blew???

Yeh....it was my freaking rear dome light.

Well, i have a ridiculous amount of bass in my truck, and i always make my dome light cap fall off, and its just exposed shaking a ton....so i guess it shorted out somewhere.

But i disconnected it, and its working fine so far...so i guess that was it :salute:
