Hello,

I have a problem with brake lights and brake shift lock. My brake lights don't work. I have checked fuses 23 and 26, both are fine but there is no power in at the brake switch. I did not have time to disconnect fuse panel yesterday (this is where cables from brake light switch disappear)to check the actual cable. I will try today. If I won't be able to find problem with that cable, would it be ok to run another power wire from fuse box to the switch? Or is there anything else that I should check first?

Thank you.

Thomas

Should be seeing 12V on the Lt Green/Red wire into the switch. It is directly powered from Fuse 23 in the Central Junction Box.
